Only one hundred, four-volume, leather-bound sets were ever published. Each volume comes with a certificate of authenticity signed and numbered by the author. 

An Iconic Collection

Len Cram, distinguished authority on the Australian opal, has written and published numerous works on the subject. His masterpiece, A Journey in Colour, four highly informed volumes distinguished by exquisite photography is known to opal professionals and collectors everywhere. The circumstances which made these books possible can never be reproduced.

A series of one hundred leather-bound, sets was published for the most serious of collectors. Each was signed and numbered by Cram and are the most prized books on opals in existence.

As sought after as these books are now, one can only imagine how competitive will be the efforts of collectors to secure them for collections across the globe in generations to come.
